    The information quality and security policy as well as the information quality and security objectives are determined and are fully compatible with the context and strategic direction of the company. The goals are established and maintained as part of the internal control, monitoring and review of systems with the ultimate goal of increasing customer satisfaction. The increase of sales at all levels of the business while maintaining or increasing staff interact and collaborate with high customer satisfaction, elimination of complaints and system non-conformities
